Dr Repala joined Bertram Family Medical Centre in February 2018.

Dr Repala has been working as a General Practitioner in East Midlands in the United Kingdom for the 5 years prior to coming to us. He graduated from Kuvempu University in India in 2000, obtaining his Bachelor of Medicine. He trained as a GP in Scotland where he obtained his MRCGP degree in 2010. He then completed his fellowship at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. He has worked in various specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Dr Repala enjoys all aspects of primary care. He is passionate about providing quality care to his patients bringing his knowledge and skills gained from his years of experience in different fields of General Medicine.

Dr Repala is happily married with two lovely young children. His wife is also a General Practitioner.

His special interest are – General Medicine, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Paediatrics and Chronic Disease Management.

MD MRCGP DFSRH FRACGP Dr Morisetty is from Scotland, she has been working at Bertram Family Medical Centre since 1st September 2015. Special interests: Women’s health, family planning, sexual health, and all other aspects of general medicine.

Dr Manjula Morisetty is fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Russian.

Dr Manjula is available Mon – Thursdays 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Fridays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Dr Sarath Kumar Reddy Moosani

MBBS FRACGP

Dr Moosani obtained his MBBS from NTR University of Health Sciences, India 2007.

He has worked at Joondalup Health Campus for 5 years, and then moved to Darwin to undertake physician Training at Royal Darwin Hospital for 2 years.

He then worked as a GP at Territory Medical Centre, Darwin, Central Australian Health Services and at Plantagenet Medical Centre, Mount Barker, WA.

His Career objective is to pursue as a GP in a practice that will allow him to take on new challenges, contributing to the successful growth of that centre and to service the community with professional, ethical quality patient service.

He is married with a newborn and is looking forward to becoming a part of the Wellard community with his family and getting to know the patients.

We are a mixed billing practice on all days of the week.

Dr Shrimal Fernando

MBBS, Diploma in Anatomy, FRACGP

Dr Fernando joined our team in January 2023. He has special interest in diabetes, otolaryngology, paediatrics, women’s health and chronic disease management.

Dr Fernando has an extensive experience in emergency medicine and post-surgical care, post stroke care and geriatric care.

Dr Manjula Morisetty

Dr Ravi Morisetty

MD, Dip Ortho, MRCS, DFSRH, MRCGP, FRACGP.

Dr Ravi Morisetty joined Forrest Road GP in February 2015, bringing a wealth of international experience and knowledge to our medical centre and the Wellard community.

Dr Morisetty graduated in medicine in 1998 and has worked in various hospitals and practices in India, England and Scotland. He has undertaken placements in psychiatry and mental health, trauma and emergency medicine, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynaecology to name a few. He has been involved in teaching students from various university medical schools, an experience he enjoys and hopes to continue.

He is passionate about all areas of family practice and primary care, with special interests and added training in orthopaedics and sports medicine, surgery, reproductive health, paediatrics and dermatology and skin cancer screening.

When asked what he loves the most about being a family doctor in Wellard, Dr Morisetty says, “I enjoy working in the Wellard community because it reminds me of ‘Annan’ a town in Scotland where I did my GP training. I enjoy the variety of patients I see and it is very satisfying to be able to provide the continuity of care for my patients.”

He is happily married with two young boys and plays cricket and badminton in his spare time. He is looking forward to continuing his relationship with the Wellard community and providing his patients with the best of care.

Dr Ravi Morisetty is fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Russian.

Dr Morisetty is available Saturdays and Sundays on a shared basis with other Bertram Family Medical Centre GP’s.

Dr. Satish Devata

MBBS, MD ( General Medicine), FRACGP

Dr Satish Devata has been working as a GP in Australia since 2006. He has worked in the Wheatbelt area and then worked in the Rockingham for 8 years.

In September 2015, he moved to the Bertram.

Dr Devata graduated in Medicine in 1999 and did his Post Graduation in General Medicine from 2001-2004 in India.

He has had rotations and placements in all departments of Medicine & Specialties like Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Renal Medicine etc during his years of post-graduate training.

He enjoys teaching medical students & has done for many years in India and students from Notre Dame university. He also worked as a Tutor at UWA to teach undergraduate medical students in past.

Over the past years, he has helped numerous overseas doctors with orientation to the Australian General practice system.

He likes holistic approach to patient care, and he prides himself for his approach.
He enjoys all aspects of General Practice.
He is happily married with two young girls and enjoys Table Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, and Bollywood movies.
He is looking forward to serving the community to best of his ability.

Amin has been working at Bertram Family Medical Centre since 2022, however has been with our company since 2016.

Amin Shevketoglu studied at the Queensland University of Technology in 2014 and achieved his Bachelor of Health Science Podiatry.

His special interests are sports injuries, rehabilitation and biomechanical assessment.

Amin enjoys keeping fit and following all codes of football, especially The English Premier League.

He is available every Wednesday fortnight 2:00-5:00pm.

Dr. Sargunam Sivaraj (also known as Dr Sar), an American Board Certified Audiologist with extensive medical audiology background. He holds certifications from various internationally recognised Professional Audiology Institutions. He earned his Doctoral degree in Audiology from Massey University, New Zealand. He also studied audiology in India and earned a Bachelors’ and Masters’ degree in Speech and Hearing. He lectures at national and international levels on prevention of noise and music-induced hearing loss.

Dr. Sar is very passionate in helping his patients with their hearing health care needs and has been practicing audiologist for over 30 years. He worked as the professional leader-Audiology over 15 years for Capital and Coast District Health Board (C&C DHB), Wellington New Zealand and over 3 Years at Lion Hearing Clinic (Ear Science Institute Perth). Prior to that he worked as Charge Audiologist OVER 10 years for the Government of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. (UAE)

His area of expertise and specialty is in the medical Audiology, diagnosis of hearing loss, using state-of-art hearing instrument technology, Prevention of hearing loss, helping patients with their tinnitus and tinnitus management, hearing conservation and protection and also providing solutions to patients who are exposed to loud noise and music. He is also passionate about educating his patients and the community about hearing loss and the ways to overcome the negative effects of hearing impairment.  He has the expertise to ensure that his patients receive appropriate hearing solutions, considering the patient’s lifestyle and budget.

Dr Sar often reminds his patients:

“Hearing difficulties are invisible affecting not only the patient but also their friends and family. It has a direct impact on their quality of life”.

“Hearing loss is more noticeable than hearing aids. One can easily hide their hearing aids but not their hearing problems”.

“Using hearing aids is not a sign of old age but having hearing difficulty and not doing anything about it is a sign of old age”

Ivan Menon

Dr Ivan Menon has over 20 years of experience working in the health and disability fields. He possesses a Doctorate in Psychology from Murdoch University and is a certified hypnotherapist.
Ivan spent his initial years working as a psychologist providing assessment, critical incident intervention and program development and measurement in alcohol and drug treatment as well as lecturing in a tertiary setting.

He is now cultivating an interest in treatment for youth, family therapy and PTSD specialising in the use of hypnotherapy where needed to support positive client based outcomes. Ivan has experience helping clients with a full range of work and life challenges as:
